Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers effectively, and promote our range of services. Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Promote and effectively communicate our services.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be available for night shifts in Faisal Town, Lahore.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
