Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, located in Sadar Cantt, Lahore. This full-time contract position involves a rotational 8-hour shift schedule within the banking sector.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of call center experience are encouraged to apply.

Gender Requirement: Male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities: The selected individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, promptly addressing queries and complaints, and maintaining detailed call records, with no sales targets involved.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs37,00 to Rs45,00.

Expected Start Date: April 15, 2025.
