Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming calls.
- Utilize CRM software proficiently.
- Deliver effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Upsell products as appropriate.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Neutral or American accent is a must.
- Proficient computer skills.
