Job Description
RJ Enterprise is in search of an experienced Night Shift System Support Engineer with a strong background in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering technical support to guarantee the smooth functioning of our call center systems and software applications.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of DNS, Active Directory Server, Group Policy Objects, VLAN, and VPN
- Fundamental skills in LAN/WAN router configuration; familiarity with Windows Server (2012-2022) and Windows 10
- Expertise in utilizing secure network monitoring tools
Details:
- Location: SMCHS Society, Block-A, Karachi (Johar Branch)
- Shift Hours: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
- Salary: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 per month
