Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a prominent UK-based taxi service, is excited to announce our expansion into Pakistan. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Night Shift Operator with a strong background in UK client relations and cab dispatching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls.
- Provide precise quotes and address customer inquiries.
- Assign bookings to drivers and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Essential Qualifications:
- Preferably experienced with AUTOCAB.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month, plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad, near E11.
