Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Chat Support to join our team at our office located in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities: You will respond to chat inquiries, resolve customer issues, maintain proper English grammar, multitask efficiently, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements: Candidates should possess exceptional typing speed, fluency in written English, and prior experience in chat support is preferred. Knowledge of finance is an additional advantage.
Job Details: The position is for the morning shift (9 AM – 6 PM) with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00 to Rs50,00 per month.
