Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on products and customer interactions to ensure excellence.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Apply sales expertise to align and uphold quality standards.
- Utilize CRM platforms to monitor and analyze quality metrics.
- Troubleshoot customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in developing process improvement reports to elevate performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales position.
- Proficient in CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
