Job Description
Smart Resources SMC-Pvt. Ltd is currently seeking a committed Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO. Key responsibilities involve managing the CEO’s calendar, handling communications, arranging travel, offering administrative assistance, coordinating meetings, and aiding in event planning, all while ensuring confidentiality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities, possess basic computer skills, and be responsible, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, located in Bahria Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs75,00.00, with an anticipated start date of April 14, 2025. This position requires in-person attendance.
