Job Description
Join our dynamic team at HOOP as a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time role with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, requiring you to work five days a week.
In this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our US customers. Your duties will include addressing inquiries, verifying eligibility criteria, and providing exceptional support for our products and services. We are looking for candidates who possess a professional demeanor, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset in customer interactions.
Compensation for this role ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, and you will also receive one paid leave post-probation period.
