Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team. We are specifically seeking recent graduates from reputable universities who are fluent in both English and Urdu, and who reside in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and managing customer inquiries via phone
- Providing online support related to our services
- Coordinating with Operations to address and rectify issues
- Creating and managing Network Trouble Tickets
- Documenting faults for respective regions
- Completing special tasks as required during shifts
Salary ranges from Rs32,00 to Rs45,00. A work-from-home option is available after six months based on performance. A minimum of one year of experience in a UK-based call center is required.
