Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is looking for a dynamic Call Center Representative with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and recruitment. The role involves reaching out to potential Loan Officers, conducting interviews, and contributing to team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for the position.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of joining our organization.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements: Proficient in English, call center experience preferred (freshers are encouraged to apply), and basic computer skills.
