Job Description
Techcreatix is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with a solid background in Training & Development (T&D). The successful candidate will oversee essential HR functions while designing, implementing, and assessing impactful employee development programs that foster both individual and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend enhancements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on T&D.
