Job Description
Join CONEX!ON as a Client Success Representative to foster client relationships and provide outstanding customer service in the financial services sector. This role involves analyzing client needs to create customized solutions, communicating effectively with clients, and utilizing CRM software to maintain accurate client records.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and develop personalized solutions.
- Engage with clients through clear and effective communication.
- Manage client records using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in financial services.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; training will be provided.
- Availability for night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
- Compensation: Rs 45,00 plus commissions.
- Free transportation for female employees.
