Job Description
We invite you to become the ambassador of our hospitality as a Guest Relations Officer in this full-time, remote role. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive an outstanding experience by effectively managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and promptly addressing any requests.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a warm, friendly demeanor.
