Job Description
Safa Worldwide Private Limited is on the lookout for dynamic and motivated Call Center Representatives with at least 12 months of experience in a similar role. We also welcome applications from fresh graduates with exceptional English proficiency.
As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with international clients, adhering to communication scripts, efficiently managing outbound calls, and identifying customer needs to promote our upsell campaigns.
Candidates must be fluent in English, possess strong persuasive sales skills, demonstrate punctuality, and have a basic understanding of computer operations, along with a positive demeanor.
We are offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹55,00 to ₹70,00 plus commissions, performance bonuses, and comprehensive training.
Working hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with a half-day on Saturday. Our office is located in DHA Phase 6.
