Job Description
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is actively searching for a skilled HR Manager to join our Lake City Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations, managing payroll, and leading recruitment efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring payroll processing and compliance
- Formulating HR policies and maintaining employee records
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Enhancing employee engagement and resolving grievances
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, with 3-5 years of HR management experience, and proficiency in HR software. We offer a competitive salary of up to PKR 150,00 per month.
