Job Description
Source Code Academia is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Roster Manager. This vital role is responsible for efficient scheduling and accurate reporting within our department. The successful candidate will oversee the creation of rosters, manage class activities, and coordinate teacher schedules, while also addressing IT challenges and overseeing invoice management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining student and teacher rosters.
- Organizing class schedules and academic events.
- Coordinating teacher schedules and related administrative tasks.
- Serving as the primary contact for IT-related issues.
- Tracking invoices and financial documentation.
- Assisting students with inquiries regarding invoices and payment processes.
