Job Description
Vibractive is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a well-coordinated team effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, supervise the team, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, address customer complaints, manage inventory, and assist with marketing initiatives.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in café management, strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience with POS systems, and flexibility in work hours.
