Job Description
We are in search of motivated and results-oriented Night Shift Sales Agents to join our dynamic team as Call Center Representatives. Your main focus will be on engaging potential customers through cold calls and effectively converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Create and send personalized emails tailored to customer needs.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Meet performance targets while maintaining daily talk time.
Compensation: Up to PKR 50,00 plus attractive incentives. Night shift hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This is a full-time, onsite position located in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
