Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance for mobile and web applications, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and maintain a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance testing for mobile applications and websites.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries in fluent American English.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Must live near DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50. Contract Length: 6 months. Expected Hours: 20-40 per week.
