Role Summary: Fluffy Fluffy UK is on the lookout for a dedicated Finance & Business Performance Manager. This pivotal role merges hands-on bookkeeping with strategic financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll processes.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Collaborate with accountants to ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.
- In-depth knowledge of UK SME finance, particularly in the food & beverage or retail sectors.
