Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional sales services. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, generate leads, and achieve B2C revenue and sales volume targets. Responsibilities include analyzing target segments, developing sales strategies, preparing client proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. A critical aspect of this role involves following up on leads to enhance conversion rates and ensuring client retention through outstanding after-sales services.
Requirements include proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector, a solid understanding of B2C sales principles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong analytical abilities. The position is full-time, offering a monthly salary of Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
