Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources Department at our Head Office located in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Senior Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA or MBA
Experience: 3 to 5 years in recruitment
Salary: Rs 60,00 – Rs 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and publish job descriptions for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.
- Utilize technical knowledge to accurately interpret job requirements for technical positions.
