Job Description
Metanoia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Confirmation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in order management, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders on the Shopify platform and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Communicate with customers to verify the status of their orders.
- Maintain precise records for each order to ensure accuracy.
- Address inquiries related to order confirmations efficiently.
Work Location: Candidates must be able to commute to Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Compensation: Up to Rs25,00.00 per month.
