Job Description
KIPS is currently inviting applications for the role of Academic/English Counselor (CSS) on a part-time basis. We seek candidates with proven experience in the CSS examination and exceptional English language proficiency to effectively support our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt feedback on student assignments.
- Monitor candidates’ performance and create customized improvement plans.
- Guide and mentor students in utilizing essential resources.
- Assign homework tailored to individual weaknesses.
- Build a supportive rapport with students.
Applicants should hold an MPhil or Master’s degree in English literature or linguistics, along with at least one year of academic counseling experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, based in Lahore, with a starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month.
