Job Description
The Marketing Rhinos is currently seeking an HR and Administration Officer to bolster our Human Resources department and ensure seamless office operations. This full-time role encompasses recruitment, employee record management, and performance monitoring, in addition to handling various administrative tasks, including facilities management and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll preparation.
- Manage office supplies and oversee facility maintenance.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
