Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team for a UK-based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost calculations, budgeting, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat promptly.
