Job Description
Grand Millennium Hotel is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, offering assistance, and processing inquiries regarding our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
