Job Description
The Husaini Hematology & Oncology Trust is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals with some HR experience who are eager to expand their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities include: assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating training programs, providing payroll data support, and responding to HR inquiries.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, basic knowledge of HR practices, and strong communication skills are essential.
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi. Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00/month.
