Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is actively seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager to oversee our civil projects. This position requires on-site supervision of construction and maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout all phases. Key responsibilities include addressing construction and post-construction challenges, executing the work as per design and contractual agreements, and efficiently managing budget and timeline constraints.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication abilities, and a knack for interpreting technical drawings are essential for success in this role.
