Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking an Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will engage with potential customers by addressing inquiries related to our products and services, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Your key responsibilities include overseeing airline and shipping line bookings, inputting data into our web-based system, and monitoring shipments while collaborating with Sea Port and Airport personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, demonstrate proficiency in computer operations, and exhibit excellent written English communication skills.
