The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries through our official WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms in a prompt manner. You will have the opportunity to communicate vital information regarding our products and services while accurately documenting all customer interactions.
Your key responsibilities will include managing social media content through Meta Business Suite, enhancing posts, running Meta advertisements, and providing regular reporting to management. The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, BBA, Mass Communication, or a related discipline and possess exceptional communication skills.
