Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual who holds a Cisco CCNA certification and has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, BS in Computer Science (BSCS), or BS in Information Technology (BSIT), or is a final semester student. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in networking and IT infrastructure, with the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration of network devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
- Support IT operations and resolve technical problems.
- Document network configurations and learn industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, BSCS, or BSIT preferred.
- Cisco CCNA certification is required.
- Familiarity with basic networking protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
