Job Description
Genixa Services is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Data Entry Specialist to oversee product listings and customer support for our eBay and WooCommerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and processing online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings.
- Accurately upload product information.
- Respond professionally to customer messages.
- Process online orders and maintain detailed records.
- Coordinate dispatch updates with the warehouse.
Requirements: Computer literacy and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with eBay and WooCommerce will be an advantage. Applicants must reside near the North Karachi Industrial Area.
