Job Description
Agregga SMC-Private Limited is looking for a highly responsive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Systems Monitoring Executive. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our real-time payment transaction system while providing first-line support to our valued customers. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring of systems, timely customer assistance through chat and email, and close collaboration with our technical team for efficient issue resolution.
Ideal candidates should be open to working shifts, possess previous experience in customer support or NOC roles, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English communication is a must. This is a full-time, in-person position.
