Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to handle booking calls from customers throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering journey details, efficiently dispatching vehicles, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming calls.
- Accurately collect and input booking information.
- Use dispatch software to assign jobs effectively.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with UK geography is preferred.
