Job Description
Fresh Basket Call Centre is in search of a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive ready to deliver outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will assist with customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Facilitate customers with order placements and shipment tracking.
- Oversee foodpanda orders and logistics operations.
- Update product details on our official website.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in food, e-commerce, or logistics.
