In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and manage cross-functional teams.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with US clients to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of operations management experience in medical billing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
