Job Description
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd. is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Female Inbound & Chat Support Agents to become part of our vibrant call center team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone calls and live chat, addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
