Job Description
Tricon Marketing is currently seeking dedicated and fluent English speakers for the position of Customer Support Representative in Lahore, Pakistan. Candidates must possess prior call center experience and excel in communicating with clarity using either a neutral, American, or British accent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Adhere to scripts while effectively addressing customer inquiries
- Exhibit a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Previous call center experience is essential
