Job Description
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd, a prominent US-based Outbound Call Center, is seeking a dedicated Team Lead/QA Specialist for our Karachi branch. The successful candidate will supervise daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and training team members to enhance skills.
- Motivating the team to meet and exceed targets.
- Providing assistance with daily performance reporting.

Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
