Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + Uncapped Incentives + PKR 3,00 Attendance Allowance
Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
– Troubleshoot issues while following escalation protocols.
– Maintain precise records in the CRM system.
– Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements: Fluent in English, basic computer skills, availability for night shifts, and a commitment to training.
