Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a motivated Senior Territory Sales Officer to guide our distributor and organizational team. This position focuses on implementing tailored strategies that address local business requirements while training and inspiring the team to meet both immediate and long-term goals.
Key responsibilities include developing Permanent Journey Plans, recruiting Order Bookers and Direct Store Representatives (DSRs), executing the Annual Operating Plan, achieving monthly volume targets, and managing promotional budgets efficiently. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates.
