Job Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong English reading and writing abilities.
- Engage in daily communication with customers, providing updates and status reports.
- Promote customer retention efforts.
- Offer support to the sales and accounts departments as needed.
- Perform follow-ups on carriers and consignments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
