Job Description
NXT LABS is seeking a dedicated Cold Caller to engage potential clients in the UK market. This full-time position, located onsite in Karachi, requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing our products, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team within UK business hours.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective customers, professionally introducing the company, identifying customer needs, and maintaining accurate call records while ensuring daily and weekly call targets are met.
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of cold calling experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle rejections with professionalism.
