Job Description
ASK Development Limited invites enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our dynamic team as Banking Helpline Agents for a leading telecom company. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls with a positive and professional demeanor, addressing inquiries and complaints while providing prompt and accurate solutions. Additionally, you will efficiently process customer orders and payments, as well as maintain and update customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
Location: Lahore (In-person).
