Job Description

This full-time position will involve providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Key responsibilities encompass the installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers, along with promptly addressing service desk tickets.

Your role will be crucial in monitoring system performance, maintaining IT infrastructure, coordinating with vendors for necessary repairs, and supporting various IT projects. The compensation for this position is up to Rs40,00.00 per month, and it requires in-person attendance at our work location.
