Job Description
Saifee Hospital is actively seeking a committed Clinical Manager to lead the implementation and monitoring of best clinical practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety through comprehensive assessments, investigations, and adherence to treatment protocols.
Key responsibilities include developing effective counseling protocols and ensuring compliance through targeted training initiatives. The Clinical Manager will also evaluate admission and discharge procedures to enhance overall patient comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications include an MBBS with a valid PMDC registration, an MBA in healthcare management, and 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months).
