Job Description
En Route Technologies is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to enhance our HR team in Pakistan. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top-notch tech talent for various departments, including software development, quality assurance, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates through job boards and LinkedIn.
- Review resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Facilitate technical interviews in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Manage applicant tracking systems effectively.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, and strong communication skills.
Salary: Up to Rs60,00.00 per month. Work location: In person.
