Job Description
We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This role involves accurately entering and managing data in our database, ensuring data integrity, and completing various administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently input data into the database with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain high data quality, integrity, and consistency.
- Conduct data validation, verification, and necessary corrections.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with team members to support data-informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Wireless Gate, Shamsi Society, Malir
